About us
PlacedX Properties is a UK based business that provides well-prepared, well-run accommodation for short breaks, business trips and longer stays. We cover all needs, including warm homely environments for families, wheelchair access, solo travelling, large crew teams needing places to stay while they work in the area and much more.
How we started
PlacedX Properties began in the summer of 2026 with a signle apartment in Leeds because we saw contractors working in the area, NHS staff and families relocating needing somewhere to live not just a bed and breakfast.
We are a young, growing business, and we are open about that. Our first 5 guests rated their stay five stars, and we built this website so that guests can book with us directly and speak to the people who run the places.
What we stand for
- Looked after personally. You deal with us direclty, and we aim to reply within 2 hours
- Honest and clear. Clear pricing, clear policies, and an accurate description of the property.
- Always improving. We read every review and use it to make the next stay even better.
