Cancellation policy

Stays shorter than 14 nights:

• 3 days or more before check-in - full refund
• 1 to 3 days before check in - 50% refund
• Within 24 hours of check in, or no-show - no refund

Stays of 14 nights or longer:

• 5 days or more before check-in = full refund
• Less than 5 days before check in = 50% refund on the first 14 nights. Any remaining nights are fully refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment card within 3-5 working days
