House rules

These rules apply to all guests and visitors. Please read them before you book.

1. Check-in and check-out. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out time is by 11am. Late check-out may be possibel by arrangement and may carry a charge.
2. No parties or events. Parties or events are not permitted
3. Quiet hours. Please keep noise down between 10pm and 8am. Our properties are all in residential areas and neighbours matter
4. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. A charge of up to £250 applies if this rule is broken.
5. Pets. No pets are allowed unless an agreement has been made either via email or over the phone.
6. Keys and access. Losts keys, fobs or access cards will be charged at a replacemnt cost. Do not share access of these with anyone not on the booking.
